Jesse Paddock is an accomplished editor, director and educator. He currently works as the lead filmmaker for the Legal Defense Fund’s Oral History Project.
His work has appeared on MTV, NPR, Slate.com, UNC-TV and at the Southern Foodways Alliance Symposium. His TV credits include seasons of Ugliest House in America (HGTV,) Ink Master (Paramount Plus) and White House Christmas 2022 (HGTV.) His film credits include the documentary features Kifaru (Audience Award at Full Frame, Grand Jury Winner at Slamdance) and iHUMAN. His short film credits include William Eggleston: The Beautiful Mysterious, Merge Records: 25 Years in 24 Minutes, and Counter Histories: Durham.
He is on the selection committee of the Full Frame Documentary Film Festival, and is a member of the Writer's Guild of America East.
